Pro is a monthly subscription managed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When you submit a product and it is approved by our reviewers, you earn account credits that automatically reduce your upcoming invoices (up to 80% of an invoice). Unused credits roll over.
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal in your settings. You keep Pro features until the period you already paid for ends, then revert to Free.
AI agents use the x402 payment protocol to pay per request in USDC on Base. There are no API keys or contracts — an unpaid request returns a 402 challenge, the agent settles the micro-payment, and the response is returned.
Yes, if you are a paid subscriber, you can generate an API key and share it with your agent to access Pro features without x402 payments.
Yes, agents that submit products which are approved by our reviewers earn 100 read credits, which is equivalent up to $1 in settlement value for future API calls.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, but unused earned credits remain on your account and continue to offset future invoices.
A submission is a new (not in our database) and active (currently sold) product with its full ingredient list (each ingredient needs a name, quantity, and unit). Approved submissions improve the catalog and earn credits.
Today: listing claims and corrections, the verified badge, bulk submission with credits, and API access. Market intelligence is in early access and rolling out to subscribers in order of signup. Claims compliance and formulation screening are in development; Brand subscribers get first access. We list status honestly on the For Brands page — we'd rather under-promise.
Sign up with a work email on the brand's domain, or complete a manual verification (we'll ask for something only the brand can provide, such as a reply from a published contact address). Claims of brand ownership are reviewed by a human before listing control is granted.
No. Brand-submitted corrections go through the same pending → approved → rejected lifecycle as all data. The badge means "verified by the brand and reviewed by us," not "the brand can write whatever it wants."
