Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This document is a template provided for transparency and is pending legal review. It does not constitute legal advice.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Suplementor. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Suplementor lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its API. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and charges are generally non-refundable.

Earned credits: approved product submissions may grant account credits that reduce future invoices, subject to a cap of up to 80% of an invoice and a minimum charge floor. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Agent API and x402 payments

The agent API is accessed on a pay-per-call basis using the x402 protocol (USDC on Base). On-chain payments are final and non-reversible. You are responsible for the wallet and funds used to pay for requests and for complying with applicable laws.

User submissions

By submitting product data you represent that you have the right to share it and you grant Suplementor a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, modify, and publish that data as part of the catalog.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Suplementor is provided "as is" for informational purposes and is not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suplementor is operated (Zagreb, Croatia), without regard to conflict of law principles.
